Hi pmitch
I ride to survive so I can ride another day. Plus avoiding fines only means I can spend more on my bike so I enjoy that next ride even more so. I generally keep to the speed limits, but more importantly I get into the right frame of mind when I throw a leg over a bike and by that I mean I'm not in a hurry to get anywhere, I'm not angry .. and I want to ride the next day.

This group is L & P friendly, they'll never leave you behind, so never think you need to try and keep pace with the leaders, one guy did that on the last Putty run and had an off on an uninsured bike, he wasn't riding to his ability .. and to ride uninsured is not wise.

Cheers For the advice Baz
My bike is insured, only 3rd party legal liability though, the excesses for comprehensive were more than the bike was worth.
And ive only been riding for 3 week, so i know where my limits are...... very low.
But thats why i joined this group, to increase my abilities.
