As for the 1200, love it. I liked it before I saw it, but sitting on it... I'll wait and hope that they drop the price. Utterly gorgeous bike, though. |

So Hssy, what was it like to sit on - I mean, was it like a pure sports bike or more like a sports tourer with regard to posture and handle bar reach? I sort of thought, from the pictures, that it is somewhere in between. What's your take? _________________ Current machines: Graphite 2010 Yamaha MT-01, 2008 Sienna Red Honda CBF1000, 2005 Suzuki DR650SE. | I'm 5'8" (173 cm) and it was very comfortable for me. The salesman even held the bike up so that I could put both feet up on the pegs. Seat/bar ratio seemed pretty much like the VFR, maybe just a slightly longer stretch. |

| Phil, that was Mark Thompson who held the bike for you. He used to coordinate the HRCA rides after Brett Cross departed. Mark now works at SCM Campbelltown. _________________ Don't be dead right
