How to loose 5 million in a week.The company i work for GILLESPIE CRANES took delivery of this 250 tonne crane,one week prior to this accident.Nobody hurt,dont know how,just lucky.Engineers placed supporting props in the wrong spot.The crane was lifting 25 tonne precast concrete panels.It had already installed 15 of these when the outrigger punched through the slab tipping the crane over.The boomcame to rest on an already installed panel.It stay there for 2 hours,then crashed through to the floor below
